eSIM Setup Guide
Follow these simple steps to install and activate your Simyak eSIM.
eSIM Setup on iPhone

Purchase Your Plan
Go to Simyak.com, choose your destination and plan, and complete your purchase. Your QR code will be sent to your email immediately.

Open iPhone Settings
On your iPhone, go to Settings → Mobile Service → Add eSIM (or Settings → Cellular → Add Cellular Plan on older iOS).

Scan the QR Code
Tap Use QR Code and scan the code from your confirmation email. If you cannot scan, enter the activation code manually.

Label and Enable
Give your eSIM a label (e.g. "Simyak Travel"). Tap Done. Go to Cellular Data and select Simyak as your data line.

Enable Data Roaming
Go to Settings → Cellular → Simyak and turn on Data Roaming. Your plan activates when you arrive at your destination.

Purchase Your Plan
Select your destination plan on Simyak.com and complete checkout. Your QR code arrives by email instantly.

Open Network Settings
Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager (Samsung) or Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add SIM (Google Pixel).

Scan QR Code
Select Add eSIM or Scan QR Code and scan the code from your email. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Enable Data Roaming
Once installed, make sure the Simyak eSIM is set as your mobile data SIM and that Data Roaming is enabled for that SIM.
Other Devices
The general steps for installing an eSIM are the same across most devices:

Pro Tips
- Install your eSIM before you travel while connected to Wi-Fi.
- Do not delete the eSIM profile after installation — it cannot be redownloaded.
- Your data activates when you arrive at the destination — not when you install.
- Keep your primary SIM active for calls and SMS while using Simyak for data.
